The Nine @ DC 9 showcases nine DC local singer/songwriter/musicians. For $8 you can listen to some great tunes all while supporting local music. The line up is as follows: Justin Trawick, Olivia Mancini, Nathan Robinson, Maureen Andary, Stripmall Ballads, Adrian Krygoski, Molly Hagen, Mattew Hemerline, and Rene Moffatt. Come to think of it, I have seen Molly Hagen play before at an open mic night at a bar in Arlington (can't remember which one) awhile back and she's pretty damn good live. If the rest are as good live as she is you've got a pretty safe bet on a night full of solid music. Doors open at 7 and the show begins at 7:30.
